Directors

	Ashok .D. Soniminde A mentor whose vision has made OSG and the team of OSG a successful and a growing reality. There are six phases to his sustainable growth and development of OSG group: Mobilization, Organization, Technology Transfer, Systems Management, and Capacity building and withdrawal. The objective is to make it reluctant, so to speak, over a period of time to the people who benefit from this expertise.
	Amit Soniminde A strong and a self motivating person whose goal in life is to create development and a better multinational system in the company. A diploma holder in automobile engineering, joined OSG group as a Deputy Manager and in five years was promoted as Director of Operations. He is a veteran team builder with an innate ability to recruit, train and manage effective teams on a large scale, which stands as a USP for OSG's growth.
	Samit Soniminde A professional and a calculative person with a proven track record of setting up processes and creating & managing effective teams in diverse environments. He joined OSG group 10 years back as a Management Trainee and progressed to the role of Director of Accounts in 10 years. He believes in delivering consistent growth record and delivery of bottom line performance.
